IMPORTANT RETURN FEATURES: Our return policy requires items to be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that all clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot accept returns or nor provide shipping labels for exchanges for clearance items. Additionally, all other returned items must be in new condition with tags and liners attached. For sanitary reasons, we kindly ask that all swimwear is tried on over underwear.
Please be aware that we do offer a one-time exchange for orders at no additional charge, but any subsequent exchanges will require the customer to pay shipping fees associated with the exchange.
We are pleased to offer exchanges for items of equal value to the original purchase price. Any differences in price will be credited or charged accordingly. Once you initiate an exchange, please follow the prompts for your desired exchange option. We will ship out the new item once we receive notification that your return parcel has been dropped off and is trackable with the USPS using the provided FYS label.
Please note that we offer store credit only, with no exceptions. Once you request store credit, you will receive a shopping code via email once we receive notification that your return parcel has been dropped off and is trackable with the USPS using the provided FYS label.

1) Enter your order number and email to find your order, or use your zip code and email to locate your order history.
2) Follow the prompts to initiate an exchange or request store credit. Your return label will be immediately emailed to you with the click of a button. Simply attach the label to your return parcel and drop it off at your local post office.
We love our International customers but due to complex shipping requirements for International orders we require you to provide your own shipping label. Please find the return address below. Please note that FYS is not responsible for delays due to customs. Customers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply.
How does Final Sale policy work?
We kindly remind you to note that all items denoted Final Sale, Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged. However, for all other items purchased on foreveryoungswimwear.com, you may exchange for a different size or return for online store credit to be used on our website. To be eligible for exchange or credit, merchandise must be received by Forever Young Swimwear within 30 days from the date of shipment, and must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached. We do not offer refunds on sale merchandise.
Can I track my return?
Yes! US customers may use the tracking number on the provided pre-paid shipping label to track their package back to us. If you used a different shipping label, please use the tracking number provided on that label to track your package.
What if I lose the original packaging the order came in?
No worry, Items must be in new condition with Tags and stationary liners attached but you can send in another similar type of packaging. Simply follow the steps listed above.
How does my refund with Afterpay work?

Special Terms & Conditions
We accept unworn bikinis and clothing bought from foreveryoungswimwear.com or our Las Vegas Flagship Store in new condition with tags and liners attached within 30 days of delivery. For sanitary reasons, try on all swimwear over underwear. We offer exchange or store credit on regular priced products. Please note that all items in clearance or marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order is submitted, it can not be modified or cancelled. Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the recipient. Orders that are shipped to the address entered at checkout and that are tracked and marked as DELIVERED will not be refunded or replaced. For lost parcels, please refer to USPS and/or Global Post guidelines.
